- You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded data complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Subion and Payment
- CoreHR may offer free and paid plans. Subion fees, if applicable, must be paid in accordance with the selected plan.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, software, branding, and design elements of CoreHR are the intellectual property of CoreHR Services.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
6. Termination of Access
CoreHR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these terms.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
- Your subion expires or is canceled.
Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and data may be retained or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
CoreHR Services is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. CoreHR is not liable for:
